Freedom Reigns

"You made it Hee." Did people think that I wouldn't? It's alright, I doubted myself too. But yes, I made it. And the day was fantastic. Could've been better if my phone didn't die during early afternoon and if I had actually gone home for dinner. But three trips to LCBO, soaked feet in kiddie pools, poutine in Kengs, Cali Mojo, rooftop sunset, string light patio night, light splees, free poutine, foam party, and childhood memories to finally share make a 19th birthday.

But this homebody missed the ship that was to sail her back home. When the phantom guilt hits is when-I now know- the party should stop. My morals were lost at one point. I want to continue figuring them out. I promise to never spend a birthday without family again.
